Our journey to food service took shape in 2020, but it really began in 2006 in Barranquilla, Colombia.  We plucked the flavors and the distinct culinary style that we love from this Caribbean city - homeland of owner Roxana Nelson - and made it part of our daily life in Newaygo County, Michigan.  The popular sauces that accompany Colombian and Venezuelan street food blended perfectly with the American infatuation with smoked meats.  Our arepas are always fresh, with bright and diverse flavors; just like the city that inspires them.
